In 1915, in a small village of La Rioja, Gregorio had the idea of creating a pair of plimsolls. He gave them his first lover's name, his wife Victoria. During the last 100 years, many people have worn Victoria on their feet.

We have always thought that in order to make love last for years, you should take care of it day by day. This philosophy has brought us to these days and it will make us continue for other hundred years.

  • >How can I order?

    Shopping at Calzados Victoria is very easy. Just follow these steps:

    1. Look for the model you desire at our official online store.
    2. Select the size first and then the colour.
    3. Click on “BUY IT NOW!!”. If this selection is not available, you can find the product in a street store.
    4. You will see a pop-up with your order details. Please click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
    5. Indicate the shipping information.
    6. Once all the shipping information is OK you will be redirected to a secure payment platform.
    7. If the payment is OK, a résumé of your purchase will be displayed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

    We will prepare your order quickly so it can arrive in the next few days.

    We only receive orders from our online store; we don’t take orders by phone or email.

    The orders are prepared and delivered to the courier service on the same day for purchases made from Monday to Friday on working hours. In the case of orders made during the weekend, national holidays or holidays announced on the web, the order will be processed on the next working day. Dispatches to remote areas, as well as those made during peak demand periods, can have a delay of one day in addition to the aforementioned delivery dates.

    The carrier will try to deliver on working days. If unable to locate you, the package would be forwarded to the nearest shipping company office and you would be notified by email, mail box or telephone. You will have 7 days to collect the product, after this period the product will be returned to our warehouses and we will proceed to process the return under standard conditions.

    Once you place the order, you will be able to check the status of it in your private area. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be able to check the progress with the tracking number at the carrier’s website too.

    You can currently shop in Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Italy.

    Our shoes are available in many different multibrand stores. In our official website you can check if a specific product is available in street stores using the Store locator.

  • >How can I pay my order?

    You can pay for your purchase using VISA, MASTERCARD and JCB cards or by Paypal. In Spain you can pay also by payment on delivery.

    If you are having a problem with the payment, you may contact your bank. We recommend you to use other bank card, Paypal or select payment on delivery.

    You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

    Be advised that if you want change to another model, you can cancel the order and make a new one according to the standard conditions.

  • >Can I exchange my products?

    In Victoria we aim for your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. As such, if the size does not fit you, you have 15 days to change it completely free of charge.

    To request a change of size you must access your private area and within the section my orders click on the Change / Return button where you will have to fill in a form.

    Remember that the product must be unused, into its original box and it is only possible to make changes and returns for products bought in our online shop.

    If you're not satisfied with our products, you can return them within eight days. To request a return you must access your private area and within the section my orders click on the Change / Return button where you will have to fill in a form.

     2. Select the size and the colour. Click in the box “AVAILABILITY IN STORE”
     3. An interactive map will appear displaying the information of the multibrand stores that have ordered this specific combination to our warehouse; they are tagged with a black Victoria logo.
    4. Zoom in to your specific area and click on the logo to see more information about the store.

    This information is based in the orders the multibrand stores place to our warehouse and depends on the reference, size and color. We update this information every week and is quite reliable, however, the model could be out of stock by the time you head to the store, so we recommend you to contact them to confirm before going to the store.
